Overview
Low voltage automation and control panels are used to monitor, manage, and control machines and processes in industrial and commercial facilities. These panels combine both automation components for centralized operation and manual control elements for operator interaction.
Our panels are custom-engineered based on project needs and include various components such as PLCs, HMIs, relays, signal modules, power contactors, push buttons, and terminal blocks. Their compact design, configurable structure, and high reliability make them ideal for a wide range of industries.
Structure and Features
Low voltage automation and control panels serve as the central control unit of the system. In PLC-controlled systems, programmable controllers manage processes within the panel. Operator control is performed via SCADA or HMI interfaces. The panel also includes I/O modules and signal interfaces that communicate with field devices.
Control panels are designed for systems requiring manual intervention. They typically contain start-stop buttons, selector switches, signal lights, and timers. These panels can operate as standalone units or integrate with centralized control systems.
Panel designs are available in wall-mounted or free-standing configurations. Modular rail systems, labeled terminals, and structured internal layout ensure easy maintenance. Coating, IP protection level, and ventilation options are determined according to field conditions.
